“ Had drinks and ordered food to go tonight-Christmas eve-eve...can't express how amazing the staff is-had a little mishap with my ID but Liz (she's amazing btw!) apologized and cleared it up right away. We ordered the pho and it was explained to us that we couldn't get it to go because it doesn't travel well, that was OK. We boxed it up ourselves and took it home, delicious! The only bummer was a customer who was complaining about something or other...Berkeley, Liz and the whole crew are amazing. Will be back! ”
“ I will forever love this place. I don't live near downtown anymore so I don't get to go as much as I'd like, but I sure as hell miss my weekly visits! The menu is so delicious that I have a hard time picking what I want. I recommend coming with a friend or two to share with because it's all incredible! I think my highlights are the Fish Tacos, the Po' Boy, Fish & Chips, and the macaroni. Also a good cocktail list and rotating beer taps. Staff is friendly and makes you feel at home, and they're fun to joke with and talk to. If you're visiting Chico, don't sleep on this place! You won't regret it ”

“ I heard lots of good reviews about this restaurant, so I finally got a chance to check it out. There is a nice old, rustic, feel to this place. When you walk in the bar is to the left and the kitchen, to the right. There are lots of seatings all around the restaurant: at the bar, in front of the kitchen and on the side / back of the house. The portions are pretty big for bar like food! I ordered the fish and chips. Got lots of fries, 3 pieces of fish and two decent size servings of coleslaw and tartar sauce. The fish were delicious! Crispy and flaky! The fries were steak cut fries, thick and kind of over salted / salty. ($20) One of my friends got the quesadilla and the other got the 1/2 portion size Philly cheesesteak with fries- they both enjoyed it too! The service was great.! I was asking for things left and right and our server was very helpful. I was told the bowl of pho was delicious and seasonal ?? Soooo - maybe when it gets colder, I'll come back and try it! But I do want to try their French dip with pho broth ! Sounds delicious! ”
